Synopsis: Management, design, supply & installation of new sliding sash windows, new internal and external doors, new staircases, refurbishment of sliding sash windows and doors, intricate mouldings and wall panelling

This is actually four separate contracts on one street in Kensington. As with the other Private Houses, we have not revealed the actual addresses of these projects.
On each house we undertook the supply & installation or refurbishment of traditionally detailed sliding sash windows. There were 240 in total. Each house is listed; consequently English Heritage was involved in agreeing the level of repairs to be carried out to each window and approving where replacements were allowed.
The work we undertook internally to each house varied, but we carried out a new staircase with integral bookcase, numerous high quality internal doors and panelling to an entire room with integral cupboards.
